At Began Again we strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility for Returns or Exchange
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Returns are only accepted if we receive in 14 days from the date you received your order.
- Exchanges are only accepted if we receive in 7 days from the date you received your order.
- We offer free exchanges on all purchased items.
Initiation of Returns and Exchanges
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Email orders@beganagain.co.uk quoting your order number and stating whether you would like a refund or exchange.
- For exchanges state what item you want to exchange for.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive an email of confirmation with shipping steps.
REFUNDS - After we have received your return item and approved it, you will be refunded within 7 days.
EXCHANGES - Once the exchange request is received and approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you automatically.
